Want to do this in your city?
Nonprofits are some of the first organizations to feel the effects of a recession. Homefull Executive Director, Tina Patterson said it best: “In these economic times, service delivery organizations’ resources go toward the delivery of services and not necessarily the add-ins of marketing. Which creates a vicious cycle because, in order to keep providing the services, you need to market and raise money for your organization.”
Why you should:
The way things normally happen: a nonprofit comes to you looking to get a piece designed; you see they really need a whole new facelift; you are already doing other nonprofit work, and can’t afford to give this nonprofit the attention they deserve; you end up declining or doing the best you can, with what time you have.
We are proliferating a bad cycle––doing a disservice to both them and your company.
Why not put the control of which nonprofit you work with and what work you do in your own hands? Why not take time to truly partner with a nonprofit and add value to their direction?
